KILEWS SLOW START FUNCTION

KILEWS Electric Screwdriver of Any Series like BN/RBN/RBK/BE. Using with Smart controller/KL-CTDS. For Slow start function.

IF you using any KILEWS Electric Screwdriver with Controller or KL-CTDS without using our screwdriver running on full speed (RPM), But after using this feature you set the speed according to your application required speed. You can Reduce the speed up to 90% of full speed. to level 0 to 9. This feature work on time-based supposes your total tightening time 2 second you need to set below then 2 Second of total time.


For Example, L0 is 100% full speed, L1 is 90% speed ……. L9 is 10% of full speed.



Benefits of Slow start function: 1st you set the speed (RPM) according to your Application.

2nd use this function for the batter Accuracy. And control the starting RPM for a rundown of Screw.

So, if there is any problem facing by this Effects the tool must be needed to servicing.
