  MICRONTECH KILEWS ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER CONTROLLER INPUT AND OUTPUT SIGNALS Microntech Kilews Electric Screwdriver controller has six input pins and six output pins. It also includes 24VDC power to run an outside device like sensors, Tower lamps etc. we get 24VDC power from pin 1 and 14, pin 1 is +24V, and pin 14 is 0V. Inputs include reset, channel selection, tool enables, tool disable, etc. and output includes OK NG OKALL signals. Input signals work by shorting between two points like Reset is assigned on two pins like CN1 and CN2, when we short these two pins it will reset the controller. Each output signals has its own COM point like if OK is assigned on CN6 then CN6 has a COM pin CN5 then if we give any signal on CN5 and the OK signal will come then it will come by CN6. All the input and output have relays inside the controllers for each point, only they will work differently for input and output.
