MICRONTECH KILEWS ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVERS CLUTCH FUNCTIONING

MICRONTECH KILEWS ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVERS CLUTCH FUNCTIONING Microntech Kilews Electric Screwdriver has mainly two types of series brush and brushless, but both the series screwdrivers have a clutch-type mechanism for generating torque. Clutch type mechanism consisting of spring inside it and a torque adjusting ring outside from the tool through which we can set the torque of tool by turning it clockwise and anticlockwise. By turning it clockwise we can increase the torque of tool and by turning it anticlockwise we can decrease the torque. Now by turning it, the spring inside the clutch assembly get open and close, if spring gets fully collapsed then it will give full torque according to tool higher torque range and if clutch get fully open then it will give the minimum torque. Now if tool run and tighten a screw then after reaching the preset torque level it will slips and the tool will stop suddenly though the pilot rod, actually pilot rod is directly connected with the clutch ...
