We used torque up to 2 to 50 nm with this controller, along with counting and slow start function and also you integrated with you line with PLC or HMI through I/O port where you get all signals like OK, NG, OK ALL, ENABLE, DISABLE, etc.

SKP-40HL-800 mostly used for high torque series
and input required for this controller 100~240V  AC. The output of this controller is 24V,32,40V DC. If a smaller DC power screwdriver is attached to this controller then power output can be adjusted to 24V or 32V. This controller comes with the panel lock key on the front panel to lock the buttons of the panel so that no operator can change the settings of controller once the line supervisor fixes the parameters for tightening on the controller.
