KILEWS screwdrivers are compact, lightweight, ergonomically designed, and easy to use, less noise, environment friendly with dust-free operation. Brushless motors have a particularly long operating life with no need for fixed time period maintenance or replacement of expendable parts (carbon brushes, rotor, switches, and other contact points).

Microntech KILEWS electric screwdriver has one LED, this LED is glowing when the power supply is given to the screwdriver. If tool LED is blink means some problem occurs. There are two reasons for blinking the tool LED, one is a power supply issue and the second the reason is overheating in the tool or main PCB has some problems.

How can it be rectified:

When tool LED blink tool can’t work, to resolve this problem first check the tool cable is properly fitted or not (both side, screwdriver side, and controller if the gap is there as shown in below fix this and check. If tool LED still led blink means tool cable has some problem so need to change the tool cable. Other reason for LED blinking is damaged by the main PCB in this condition needs to replace the PCB of the screwdriver.
