KILEWS screw feeders (KFR 1050) have precise vibration control that allows feeding of many different screw types and sizes. It improves productivity by dispensing screws for easy pickup. It has an adjustable rail for screw sizes ranging from 1mm to 5mm. KILEEWS Screw Feeder has individual drive motors for vibration and feeding which makes it much more efficient. It has a very small size and is easy to set up and service. Accessories that come with this feeder are AC adaptor (input 100-240V AC/ Output 12VDC), set up tools and shims for adjustment.

KILEWS Screw feeder working through vibrator motor means screw moving on the rail through vibration. You need to set the Vibration through vibration control switch, In this Screw, feeder inserted 3 types of motor.

     1)    Vibrator motor: Vibrator motor used for Vibration control.
     2)    Roller: control the roller speed to Easley rolled.
     3)    Swing strength control: Swing control motor used to control the swing speed.

Also protected through the sensor if you did not pick a screw-on time after 1 second automatically go to sleep mode after again picking the screw Automatically running again.
