KILEWS power controller for power torque series screwdrivers are SKP-40B-HL-800/SKP-BC40-HL-800 and the weight of these controllers is, for smart controller 2.4KG and normal power controller 1.8KG. And for medium torque series screwdriver controllers are SKP-32BC-60W/SKP-BC32-HL and weight of these controllers are, for smart controller 1.4KG and normal power controller 480G, So these controllers are lightweight and compact in size. These controllers are kind of intelligence power controller, Input 100V-240V, and 50/60 Hz frequency by AC power source allows. Two kinds of output voltage levels 40/ 32VDC and 32/24VDC is available. Power switch with LED indicator and Hi-Low switch is available for controlling.

What are the mounting provisions on different controller modules?


For Low & medium torque series SKP-32/24BC-60W, theses controllers are compact and lightweight, there is one slot available for hanging the controller. These controllers are easy to mount and don't take up much space on the assembly line. These are especially suited for applications where line integration is not required and also space limitation is there.

 

For power torque series SKP-40B-HL/SKP-BC40-HLN, these controllers also compact size and lightweight so you can just fix these controllers in any place with the help of any supporting structure in the assembling line. These controllers are mainly used for applications which require line integration.




Torque display unit KL-CTDS, there are two slots available in this display unit for the fix with the help of nut and bolt in any channel.


Controller (KL-TCG) for transducerized tool, to mounting this controller, controller stand is required with one supporting plate to fix the controller in the channel of assembling line.
